Dont Wash The Kheema.
In A Grinder, Take Minced Meat (Kheema, Sheek Kebab Masala, Onion Paste, Green Chillie Paste, Hara Dhanya / Kothmir Paste, Mint Leaves / Pudina Paste, &Amp; Papaya Paste With 15 Ml Oil, Grind And Mix Thoroughly And Marinate For Two Hours.
Wrap The Kheema Mix Uniformly Making Thin Kebabs Like Sheekh Kebabs Over Skewers. Do Not Grease The Skewers With Oil And The Kebabs Will Not Stick To The Skewers.
Grill The Kebabs On Very Low Heat In An Electric / Gas / Charcoal Bbq Grill / Oven Grill Till Half Done, Rotating From Time To Time , Remove Skewers And Keep Aside &Amp; Let Them Cook From The Heat Of The Skewers For About 1-15 Mins.
Place Them Again Back On The Grill, Keep On Brushing The Kebabs With Oil And Continue Rotating The Skewers From Time To Time, Till Kebabs Are Done.
