STEPS OF COOKING:
Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Pierce them in thin skewers and grill them on very low heat in an Electric / Gas / Charcoal BBQ grill / Oven grill Grill till half done, rotating from time to time, remove skewers and keep aside & let them cook from the heat of the skewers for about 10-15 mins.
Place them again back on the grill, Keep on brushing the kebabs with oil and continue rotating the skewers from time to time, till the kebabs are done. (Don’t apply the oil before they are half done as they will not cook properly). Garnish with raw onions and lemon and Serve hot.
