Shan Seekh Kabab Recipe & Seasoning Mix is a traditional Pakistani BBQ spice blend formulated to help prepare flavorful, tender and aromatic seekh kababs at home. The blend combines paprika, red chilli, coriander, cumin, black pepper, ginger, garlic, allspice and other spices for a rich savory taste. Shan recommends using one 50g packet with approximately 1 kg (2.2 lb) minced meat plus 200g fat/suet.
