MTR’s Puliyogare Paste is a flavorful blend combining tamarind concentrate (13–19%), peanuts (~11–12%), dry coconut, coriander, red chilli, curry leaves, sesame, jaggery, mustard, fenugreek, spices, and dal. Just mix ~4 tbsp paste with 600 g cooked rice, heat briefly, and serve hot—with papad, curd, or coconut chutney. Also great for seasoning macaroni or upma
